Alan White began his career with First Federal Bank in 1974 as an Assistant Branch Manager.  In 1977, he opened and managed First Federal’s first mortgage office in Johnson County, originating all types of loans there until 1985, when he moved to First Federal’s loan department as Assistant Manager.  In 1990, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, a position held until 2007.  At that time, his love of working directly with customers led him back to originations at First Federal’s Johnson County Office.  Although he can do all types of loans, his specialty is in new home construction and subdivision development.  Alan works directly with builders financing their inventory of spec and custom homes and also with developers in financing their land acquisition and development needs.  He also works with individuals and families wanting to build a home with a product called a construction/permanent loan.
